10-0-5 Organic Granular Fertilizer

10-0-5 Organic Granular Fertilizer is a premium all natural organic fertilizer that contains no animal manures. It is based on a homogenous blend of natural meals and earth mineral deposits combines with one of nature's most powerful amendments, soluble humic acids (NOT raw Leonardite!).  These ingredients were chosen for their value as biological feed substrates for soil micro-organisms as well as plants, trees and turf. As with most of other Organic Approach products, all of the ingredients found in the 10-0-5 blend are homogenously blended, pelleted, and then crumbled to create a consistent prill (pellet). 10-0-5 is a low dust, spreadable product. It will work in all walk-behind spreaders, ride-on spreaders, and Vicon-style farm spreaders. With half of the nitrogen being water in-soluble, nitrogen burning is nearly impossible.  However, the 10-0-5 acts equivalently to a much higher nitrogen synthetic equivalent with the nicely sustained quick greening and nourishment but with a well balanced organic soil amendment uncommon to virtually any other fertilizer on the market, synthetic or organic. The 10-0-5 contains components that help re-mineralizing the soil. This makes the 10-0-5 blend truly unique - there is not a comparable product on the market, yet it is competitively priced with a lower cost than lesser quality products. 10-0-5 Organic Granular Fertilizer  General Treatment Instructions

The exact rate of Organic Approach 10-0-5 depends on the needs of the soil; soil tests are always recommended. In general, optimal results can be achieved by applying 7.5 lbs. per 1,000 square feet of lawn after the first mowing of the season, and every 2 months thereafter until the end of the season (generally 3-5 times per year depending on the climate zone). Alternatively, 5 lbs. per 1,000 square feet may be applied every 6 weeks.
