Simply stated, Quantum Growth and Microbe Life are controlled, stabilized, safe and guaranteed biological products. Compost teas are inconsistent, input-dependent, uncontrolled products that may or may not have biological value. Quantum Growth is backed by many studies from the top universities in the world that prove the efficacy, safety, and the microbes that are guaranteed in the product. Compost teas have few or any studies backing that they work; in fact, almost all the studies found in the scientific literature or done by universities have demonstrated that there is no value in compost teas. To make this more understandable, let's use yogurt as an example. When yogurt is produced or made at home, you take known bacteria and put them in a media (usually milk). You then use very precise conditions to grow the known bacteria that are beneficial for you health. In commercial production, yogurt is tested to be sure that the correct bacteria grew, and that the amount that they claim are in the final product are actually present. Then, that yogurt is tested to be sure there are no disease-causing pathogens present. That is the equivalent of Quantum Growth and Microbe Life - they are grown from known bacteria in a known media under controlled conditions and guaranteed to have beneficial microbes and no pathogens. On the other hand, if you just leave milk on the counter and let any bacteria that happen to be floating by fall into the contained and grow that, you are highly unlikely to get any beneficial bacteria that you would have in controlled yogurt. You are almost guaranteed to get moldy milk. This mold may not necessarily be harmful, but it doesn't have the health benefit that controlled and known probiotic bacteria do. In additional, you can not guarantee any counts of microbes, or even say what that moldy milk contains for microbes. That is what a compost tea is.
There are many scientific articles that dispute the claim that compost teas have any benefits (a large body of scientific articles negating these claims can be found here). In fact, as quoted by Dr. Linda Chalker in an article cited below:
"A quick search of the Internet revealed that most of the websites containing the phrase “compost tea” are .com sites: most are selling something. The few .edu sites that do exist are cautious in regard to the miraculous properties associated with compost teas."...Dr. Linda Chalker, PhD.  Washington State University.

Although there are a few studies demonstrating some depression of disease by compost teas it should be remembered that "Since (Compost Teas) are not registered by the EPA as a pesticide, it is illegal to recommend its use as one, or to apply it as such to another person’s landscape".  Doing so can result in large fines and even jail time.

Many products on the market claiming biology are based on the same, unstable compost teas as described above and have been disproven scientifically.  Here is an example of a "...waste and leaf debris" based product which is the basis for a compost tea and requires a refrigerator to stabilize it.
